SENIOR PASTORS

Our Senior Pastor is Ken Troutman. We call him "Pastor Ken." His maternal descent is Hebrew, with minimal Judaistic background from his gramma and extended family. His mother married a gentile. His paternal extraction is Chippewa and Irish with a little Catholicism. His parents decided not to raise their children with "religion" so, as his heritage indicates, he grew mixed up. He became deeply involved with the drug culture and it's addictions in the early seventies. In 1974, he married Patricia Perkinson and in 1978, he met Jesus Christ who set him free and apprehended him for His purpose.

Though he carries no seminary influence you will find Pastor Ken has a prophetic edge to his ministry, which is sometimes very lofty and other times in your face. No matter what the sermon our teaching, you'll always find it is relevant, true, and profitable.

Pastor Patti, oversees much of the ministry details. She was raised in Redondo Beach, southern California. Her parents were antique dealers. They along with their daughter attended a demon casting out, cancer curing, old time pentecostal church which witnessed a move of God known as the "Jesus Movement". She sang in a great church choir that ministered on reservations and with A.A. Allen. After high school her family relocated to Indianapolis, where she met and married what some called then, a Jesus look-alike.

While staying with the Jesus look-alike, she didn't follow the real Jesus and about three months after her husband's selling-out to Christ, she rededicated her life also.
Together they have raised three children; Bethany, Pastor Jordan and Amber Grace. Pastors also have a son who is in Heaven.

Pastors and their family served, learned, taught, and trained for ministry for over a decade. After which they launched Pillar of Truth church in 1990 under the Apostolic direction and pastoral oversight of Dr. Leon Stutzman. This relationship and subsequent subordination continues today.
 

YOUTH PASTOR

Pastor Jordan, who goes by "P.J.", is a young man with a fire and vision to see this generation live a life above reproach and to boldly declare their love for Jesus. This passion was birthed in the summer of 1998, when at just 18 years old God got a hold on his heart. After being raised in a Christian home and playing the games of "CHURCH" all of his life, he began to recognize the reality of Jesus.

Now, at the age of 26, he believes that we are living amongst a generation of young people that want to know God in a new and personal way. The young people of today are a generation that is not afraid to live their relationship with Christ out loud, and are willing to stand and shout to this nation that "though none go with me still I will follow".

Jordan is currently the youth pastor of a sixty-five member youth group called TBD, which represents the truth stated in I John 3:2 that our future in Christ is yet 'To Be Determined'. Through the past two years, their ministry has been responsible for touching the lives of over 450 teenagers in the city of Indianapolis. Jordan's hunger is to see God's purpose and design come to pass in this generation as it has in his own.
 

CHILDREN'S PASTOR

As Group Director of C.O.P.S., Pastor Donny is a man of God whose loves for children knows no bounds. He grew up unchurched and uneducated about the redeeming love of Christ. He spent his childhood in a rough environment and in a rough home that taught him the only way to equality was through revenge. Then in the summer of 2000, while training for the mini-marathon, God grabbed a hold of him right in his tracks. He knew right them and there that he couldn’t take one more step without Jesus as Lord of his life.

From that moment on, God has taken over his life and put a passion in his heart for the ministry of children. In 2003, He received his certificate and ordination from the Institute of Ministry , a course offered here at Christian Faith Centre. Pastor Donny truly has a heart to see children and people of all ages experience the redeeming grace, love and power of God, just as he did 6 years prior.
